Ajay Bhatia brings more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 technology companies, private equity firms, and global organizations. He specializes in M&A strategy, value creation, and post-deal integration and transformation across the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Ajay held senior leadership roles at EY-Parthenon, PwC, Deloitte, and Oracle. He has led complex global transactions involving cross-border acquisitions, operational carve-outs, and digital transformation initiatives, supporting clients throughout the full deal lifecycle, from diligence through to synergy execution.
Ajay holds an MBA in Strategy & Management from Ashland University (OH) and an MS in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University.
