Uli Schellenbaum is a telco and digital infrastructure expert who joined Altman Solon in 2017. Uli’s work focuses on corporate strategy across the TMT space, including fixed and mobile incumbents and challengers as well as data center operators, and cloud providers, across Europe, primarily in the DACH region. Uli has extensive experience in growth and GTM strategies, network deployments, joint venture setups and carve-outs, and organizational transformation. His TMT focus spans strategic and operational dimensions, working closely with executive leadership teams, including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and Heads of Strategy, to develop and subsequently implement strategic initiatives.
Uli also has a long track record of successful M&A advisory, often hand-in-hand with strategy engagements, on both buy and sell sides across fixed and mobile telco infrastructure, data centers, B2B & IT services as well as cloud.
Uli completed his MSc & BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management (focused on Informatics) at TU Karlsruhe in Germany.
