Alexander Jinivizian is an Associate Partner at Altman Solon, advising private equity firms and technology companies on commercial strategy, M&A, and value creation across cybersecurity, infrastructure software, and managed services.
He brings a dual perspective as both an advisor and a former operator with three decades of industry experience. Before joining Altman Solon, Alexander held senior strategy and corporate development roles at eSentire, Verizon, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and advised investors and portfolio companies through his work with Encipher Consulting and Kernel Advisory.
Alexander holds a B.A. in Russian Language and Literature from the University of London and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Reading.
