Sagar Bansal has more than 12 years of consulting experience advising private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation initiatives across the financial services and financial technology (FinTech) sectors.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Sagar led the FinTech and Financial Services sectors at Stax. He also held senior roles at EY-Parthenon, OC&C, and KPMG, where he supported private equity sponsors across the size spectrum on commercial due diligence and strategy engagements. He works closely with portfolio companies on post-acquisition value creation and growth acceleration initiatives, and he has led more than 100 buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligences, as well as a wide range of strategy and growth engagements.
Sagar holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
