Sagar Bansal is an Associate Partner at Altman Solon, based in the firm’s London office. He focuses on the FinTech and financial services sectors and has more than 12 years of consulting experience advising private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value-creation initiatives.
Sagar’s expertise spans services and technology across capital markets, asset& wealth management, banking & lending, insurance, pensions, trust& corporate services, FS GRC, and FS data & automation.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Sagar led the FinTech and financial servicessectors at Stax and held senior roles at EY-Parthenon and OC&C. In these roles, he has led more than 100 buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence engagements and has worked closely with portfolio companies on post-acquisition value creation and growth-acceleration programs.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a Bachelor of Engineering fromNanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
