Ben Ackerman joined Altman Solon in 2015. He advises global telecommunications and technology companies and investors on critical strategic, commercial, and investment priorities. His work spans corporate and growth strategy, go-to-market planning and commercial transformation, product portfolio, pricing and packaging strategy, customer lifecycle management, market positioning, business planning, and M&A. He supports clients in translating strategy into executable initiatives that drive growth, improve customer economics, and strengthen competitive positioning.
Ben has deep domain expertise in consumer telecommunications, network investment and deployment planning, and digital infrastructure. His experience also includes Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and the broader cloud communications ecosystem.
Ben received his bachelor’s degree with distinction in Global Affairs and Electrical Engineering from Yale University.
