Steven Pattheeuws advises Telecommunications, Technology, and Semiconductor clients on strategy and large-scale transformation. Steven's focus areas include integrated telecom operators, fixed digital infrastructure, mobile and tower infrastructure, and semiconductors and equipment vendors. With more than 320 projects completed across 55 countries, select engagements have included delivering world-class 5G network performance, landmark B2B transformations, major cost efficiency programs and leading the launch of five new corporate ventures.
His expertise spans corporate and technology strategy, growth, operational efficiency, business-model innovation, capital allocation, and turnarounds. Steven brings deep expertise in the Dutch and broader European telecommunications and semiconductor markets, and is an industry thought leader, keynote speaker, and author whose semiconductor research has been cited by leading corporates in their policy papers to government and by the Dutch government in their semiconductor policies.
Prior to Altman Solon, Steven was a Senior Executive Advisor and Partner at Strategy& and its predecessor Booz & Company from 2011 until 2025, based out of Amsterdam, and in addition the TMT Industry Leader for PwC Netherlands since 2021. Steven holds a Masters in General Management from Vlerick Management School and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ghent University.
