Angela works with corporate and investor clients across the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors on corporate strategy, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and AI-enabled transformation. Her experience spans telecommunications, connectivity, enterprise technology, and digital infrastructure.
At Altman Solon, she has advised clients on strategic and transaction-related engagements, helping clients evaluate growth opportunities, assess markets, and develop strategies for long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Angela practiced as a CPA, performing financial due diligence for leading private equity firms and corporate investors across a broad range of industries, as well as auditing clients in the financial services sector.
Angela holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
