Eric Archer's work focuses on commercial due diligence, value creation, and growth strategy for private equity investors and technology companies across software, technology-enabled services, and B2B information services.
His expertise spans enterprise software, IT services and managed service providers, cybersecurity, compliance and GRC software, data and analytics, IoT, gaming, e-commerce enablement, and vertical market software. He supports clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from investment screening and commercial due diligence to post-acquisition value creation.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Eric worked at Delta Partners, where he advised telecommunications operators, investors, and technology companies on strategy and transaction support.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
