Ambroise Verney advises corporate clients and investors across the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors, with particular expertise in digital infrastructure and telecommunications. His experience spans data centers (from hyperscale/AI to edge colocation), telecommunications (from infrastructure/wholesale to retail), as well as B2B software and IT services.
Since joining Altman Solon in 2019 as part of the launch of the firm's Paris office, Ambroise has completed more than 60 strategic and transaction-related engagements. He advises clients on growth strategy, customer value optimization, and other corporate development agendas (market entry, M&A, JV strategies). His experience also includes a strong track record of diligencing complex, specialised, and fast-evolving markets.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Ambroise spent two years at Emerton, where he advised clients on strategy mostly across regulated sectors (telecom, energy). He holds an engineering degree from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
