Andrew advises telecommunications and technology clients on growth strategy, M&A, channel development, and business case evaluation. He has developed deep expertise in B2B and B2C wireline networks, IT and cloud services, and data centers. At Altman Solon, Andrew has assisted numerous operators and investors with fiber market evaluation and network deployment planning.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Andrew worked as a legislative policy aide for a U.S. Senator driving special projects and grants focused on telecommunications.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
