Osama I. Al-Dosary advises Altman Solon and its clients on digital transformation, market development, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the ICT sector, spanning government, telecom, and global technology firms.
He previously served as President and CEO of Salam, where he expanded services and diversified revenue streams, and as Deputy Minister for Communication Infrastructure at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, overseeing Vision 2030 programs including the Saudi Internet Exchange Point and nationwide broadband initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at VMware and Cisco.
Osama holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from King Saud University.
