Altman Solon Hires Media and Technology Strategy Expert Jay Rao as Director 

London – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has hired media and technology strategy expert Jay Rao as a Director in their London office.

“We are excited for Jay to join Altman Solon and the European leadership team,” said Altman Solon Managing Partner Patrick Bellenbaum. “Jay has worked with major global brands across EMEA and North America, from strategy through to execution, shaping value-creation initiatives, and working with management teams to operationalise them.”

Jay Rao is a senior advisor to companies across the TMT industries, helping them achieve industry-leading growth through M&A, new product launches, pricing strategy, and target operating model change.

Prior to joining Altman Solon, he began his career helping Private Equity clients appraise TMT investments, before advising global TMT corporates on business planning and growth strategy. He later had senior roles in strategy consulting boutiques, focusing on digital transformation, marketing, cloud & subscription services, pricing and packaging strategy for tech, software, and services clients.
