“Altman Solon turbo-launched my career and I could not be more grateful. I had the privilege of being surrounded by brilliant, kind people who generously contributed their time and knowledge to my development. I learned how to identify big problems, find answers when they were not apparent, and align around the data-driven truth. It also laid a framework for how to build a culture based on shared values and compassion. Altman Solon is a special place and I am honored to be an alumna.”

“Altman Solon has been instrumental to my career development. The skills I learned while at Altman helped me ramp quickly into my new roles after and allowed me to contribute early on. The training and mentorship, combined with its culture of excellence, has instilled in me a certain dedication to quality that I’m confident will stand me in good stead for the rest of my career. I thank Altman Solon for investing in my growth, both personal and professional, and for giving me the opportunity to make lifelong friends that are still close to me today!”

Rashmi joined Altman Solon as a Consultant in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Rashmi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA at MIT Sloan. “My time at Altman Solon established the foundation for dissecting problems, envisioning a solution, planning a project, and managing a team to execute. At Altman Solon, I always loved that the people in the highest positions in the company could, and often would, do any of the roles required on a team, which was instrumental in making them the effective leaders that they are. The firm’s leadership has done a tremendous job building a culture where everyone is treated with respect, encouraged, and supported through their professional journeys.”
