Shahar Sinvani

Shahar Sinvani has significant experience as a Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) strategy consultant and working for global technology companies. At Altman Solon, Shahar’s work focuses on issues related to enterprise software, cybersecurity, and automation/AI for the firm’s global corporate and investor clients. He has developed strong industry expertise across the technology value chain, including but not limited to growth strategy and operations, commercial and technical buy-side and sell-side transactions, internet infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, and software.  

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Shahar worked in EY-Parthenon’s Technology, Media, and Telecom Practice in New York, as well as Solon Management Consulting in London. Before becoming a strategy consultant, Shahar was a Research & Development Engineer for Intel Corporation and Marvel Technologies, developing chips for mobile platforms, and an IT Consultant for Bezeq Telecom in Israel, focusing primarily on internet projects.  

Shahar holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from London Business School.
