Francois-Nicolas Kielwasser focuses on business planning, valuation, due diligence, post-merger integration / 100-day plan and strategy development in telecommunications (fixed, mobile, cable), media (online advertising / martech, digital portals), and technology (in particular Data Center, Cloud & Hosting, softwarea and tech-enabled services).
After several years in Munich and London (and an exchange in Boston), Francois-Nicolas opened the Paris office in February 2019.
Francois-Nicolas studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at Supélec in France and at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the US. He also holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School in NYC, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors . Francois-Nicolas has further experience in Investment Banking (Goldman Sachs, London) and Venture Capital (Parkview Ventures, New York).
