Björn has advised Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) clients on strategy, restructuring, post-merger integration, and digital for more than two decades. His professional journey spans leadership roles across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has led numerous strategic restructuring programs for leading companies in Telecommunications and other industries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Björn joined Altman Solon as a Partner in 2024 to support the firm’s growth in the Middle East and Africa markets.
Before Altman Solon, Björn was a Managing Partner at Deutsche Telekom Consulting, heading its Middle East and Africa region. He began his career at Mercer Management Consulting. Björn holds degrees in business administration from Marburg University in Germany and Toyo University in Japan. He is also a published author on digital transformation, PMI, and organizational restructuring topics.
