Anastasia is a Technology strategy and due diligence expert with deep experience in TMT strategy consulting. Within Technology, Anastasia focuses on IT services, software and cloud solutions in addition to completing numerous client engagements in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. In particular, Anastasia is a thought-leader in Healthcare Technology topics – software, services and devices, where she acted as a trusted advisor to a number of leading MedTech and private equity players facing diversification, scalability and geographical expansion challenges. 

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Anastasia Makeeva worked for more than a decade in TMT strategy consulting, focusing on strategy and commercial due diligence work in Technology and Healthcare sectors. 

Anastasia Makeeva earned her MSc in Business Analytics and Consulting from University of Warwick in the U.K. She also completed a certificate program Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management from Stanford University.
