AMSTERDAM – Altman Solon, the world's largest strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors, announced today that Steven Pattheeuws has joined the firm as a Partner in its Amsterdam office, further strengthening its semiconductor practice.
Pattheeuws brings deep expertise across telecommunications, technology, and semiconductors, advising clients on strategy and large-scale transformation. His focus areas include integrated telecom operators, fixed digital infrastructure, mobile and tower infrastructure, and semiconductors and equipment vendors. Over his career, he has advised on more than 320 projects across 55 countries, including improving 5G network performance, landmark B2B transformations, large-scale cost-efficiency programs, and leading the launch of five new corporate ventures.
Pattheeuws has particular knowledge of the Dutch and European telecommunications and semiconductor markets. A frequent keynote speaker and author, he has published semiconductor research cited in corporate policy submissions and Dutch government policy documents.

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Pattheeuws was a Senior Executive Advisor and Partner at Strategy& and its predecessor, Booz & Company, from 2011 to 2025, based in Amsterdam, and also served as the TMT Industry Leader for PwC Netherlands from 2021. He holds a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ghent University.
