LONDON – Altman Solon, the world’s largest strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, has hired Alexander Jinivizian as Associate Partner, based in the firm's London office.
With valuable experience as both an operator and an advisor, Alexander has held senior corporate strategy and development roles at eSentire, Verizon, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading global strategy, M&A, go-to-market, and C-suite growth initiatives in both scale-ups and Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Altman Solon, he founded Encipher Consulting and served as Head of M&A Advisory at Kernel Advisory, where he supported investors and portfolio companies on product and commercial strategy, technology due diligence, and value creation across cybersecurity, infrastructure software, and managed services in the UK, Europe, and North America.
“Alex brings a rare combination of operational insight and advisory expertise to our global team,” said Dan Lerner, Managing Partner at Altman Solon. “His background driving strategy, M&A, and growth in both scale-ups and global enterprises positions him well to support our clients on their most complex technology and investment challenges.”
Commenting on his new role, Alexander said: “Cybersecurity now touches every part of technology, from cloud and identity to AI, infrastructure, and managed services. It has become central to how investors and businesses assess value, resilience, and growth. Altman Solon’s global platform brings the scale and rigor to help clients navigate this complexity, and I look forward to contributing an operator’s perspective that connects strategy with execution.”
