Our assessment process is tailored to the role, office location, and seniority level. Depending on the position you're applying for, it may include behavioral interviews, business case discussions, online assessments, or practical exercises.
While the exact format may vary, all consulting candidates take part in behavioral and business case interviews, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
