Steve Conway is responsible for all operational aspects of Altman Solon and overseeing the firm’s long term strategy. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He has deep functional expertise in corporate strategy, marketing strategy, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and investor due diligence.
Steve joined Altman Solon in 2003 after serving as a Principal and management team member at CSMG, a telecom industry focused strategy consultancy. He previously focused on the energy sector as a consultant with Deloitte and as a Corporate Financial Analyst with NSTAR, a Massachusetts based electric and gas utility. Steve holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance concentration) from Northeastern University.
