Mario Quijada is an expert in the Telecommunications and Technology space, with a special focus on the wireless sector and all its value chain. Mario’s areas of expertise include business, sales and marketing strategy development, and operations planning and optimization. His recent work for clients includes developing marketing and sales strategies for domestic and international telecommunications providers for both consumers and businesses, restructuring and increasing the value of existing commercial operations, supporting private investors with transactions, and developing new business models to bring emerging technologies like M2M and OTT Video to market. Mario’s project experience includes leading numerous engagements in North America, Latin America and Europe.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Mario worked as a consultant with business incubator Idealab and Arthur D. Little in Latin America. Before that, he co-founded MindHood, a pioneering web design and Internet consulting firm in Latin America. Mario holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
