Boston – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted Sara Fiorillo to General Counsel.
"Sara has been a valuable addition to our team since 2022,” said Altman Solon Managing Partner Rory J. Altman. “Sara's legal expertise and advice will play a pivotal role as we navigate new markets and serve clients around the world.”
At Altman Solon, Sara Fiorillo oversees the firm’s legal obligations, including commercial contract review, corporate governance, and management of external legal providers. Sara works closely with the firm’s leadership team to manage risks globally.

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Sara was in-house legal counsel at a global advertising company, supporting the digital business transformation and media buying functions. Sara holds bachelor's degree in English and Public Policy & Law from Trinity College and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
