Boston – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted Rebecca Pitman to Chief Human Resources Officer.

Altman. “We look forward to Becca’s leadership as we continue to grow our global firm in the coming years.”
Rebecca Pitman oversees all facets of Altman Solon’s Human Resources operations globally, including recruiting, staffing, career development, payroll, benefits, global mobility, compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion. She works closely with the firm’s leadership team to facilitate and manage Altman Solon’s ongoing global growth.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Rebecca worked as a corporate attorney and HR professional in the Boston office of a global law firm. Rebecca received her bachelor's degree from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
