Altman Solon Promotes Software & Tech-Enabled Service Expert Philip Butler to Partner

London: Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, announced today that Software & Tech-Enabled Service expert Philip Butler has been promoted to Partner.

“Philip’s promotion to Partner is a great example of our plan to be the adviser of choice for the technology sector across delas, strategy, and operations,” said Altman Solon Managing Partner Dan Lerner.

Philip Butler’s work focuses on private equity deal support and value creation, having accumulated over 10 years of experience on PE deals through his work as a strategy consultant and through direct PE portfolio company experience.

His experience spans several sectors including Governance Risk and Compliance, Tech-Enabled Services, DX and Data, Human Capital Management, Gaming, and Education, as well as implementation of AI within these environments

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Philip Butler accumulated over eight years on private equity deals through his work as a TMT strategy consultant and in direct PE experience with portfolio companies and UK tech SMEs. He earned his MBA from London Business School and his Master of Science in Business from King’s College London.
