AMSTERDAM Altman Solon, the world’s largest strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, today announced that Joost Eyck has joined the firm as an Associate Partner in its Amsterdam office.

Eyck brings more than 12 years of experience across the TMT sectors, with a focus on strategy development and large-scale transformation programs for leading corporate clients across semiconductors, technology, and telecom. He advises clients on growth, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies, operating model transformation, and cost optimization. He also supports private equity clients on semiconductor deals, including commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation.

“Joost’s experience spanning strategy and large-scale transformation across semiconductors, technology, and telecom is an excellent fit for our clients in the Benelux region, across Europe, and the globe,” said Carli Esser, Partner and Head of Altman Solon’s Amsterdam office. “As we continue to build and grow our Amsterdam office, we’re investing in leaders who bring deep sector expertise and a hands-on approach to delivering measurable impact for our clients.”

“I’m proud to join Altman Solon’s leadership team and excited to contribute to the firm’s continued growth,” said Eyck. “With global reach and deep local expertise, the firm is uniquely positioned to support clients across semiconductor, tech, and telco sectors. I look forward to partnering with clients to help solve their most important challenges and deliver winning strategies and transformations.”
