Boston, MA – Altman Solon, the leading global strategy consulting firm focused on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted wireline and cloud expert Daniel Granoff to Director. Granoff advises the firm’s global TMT sector and private equity clients on a range of business strategy and investment issues.
“Since starting with us out of college, Daniel has consistently delivered value for our TMT clients,” said Altman Solon Chief Financial Officer Steve Conway. “It’s fitting that Daniel is the first promotion announced after our merger since his advancement is based on ability and achievement and not on the traditional consulting career path.”
Granoff advises operating clients across TMT in strategy, marketing, sales, and M&A, along with investor due diligence. Granoff has broad experience across TMT and deep sector expertise in wireline and wireless networks, data centers, and cloud services.
Granoff has assisted numerous operators and investors with planning and executing on fiber and 5G fixed wireless deployment plans for both residential and commercial end-users. He has also worked with investors and operators to advise on sales channel optimization, pricing and product strategy, and new products and technologies, including SD-WAN and 5G fixed wireless.
In 2014, Granoff joined Altman Vilandrie & Company, which merged with European-based Solon Consulting in July 2020. Granoff earned a B.A. in History from Harvard College.
