Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted Anthony Milovantsev – one of the most renowned European experts in the data center and cloud space – to Partner.

“Anthony has consistently delivered strong results for the firm and our clients, first with his work building the firm’s CEE business and more recently growing our cloud and data center client base,” said Altman Solon Managing Partner Patrick Bellenbaum. “In addition to his expertise in digital infrastructure, Anthony has deep experience in telecoms infrastructure, including fiber and wireless towers. We are delighted to reward Anthony with this well-earned promotion.”

Based out of the firm’s London office, Anthony Milovantsev started his Altman Solon career in the CEE office. He is also a leader of Altman Solon’s EMEA data center/cloud practice, pioneering our thinking on the next deployment of hyperscale infrastructure, high-performance computing servers (HPC), and micro-edge computing and has significant experience in telecommunications infrastructure across Europe, Africa, and North America.
