London ― Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has hired FinTech expert Andrew Macnab as Partner in the London office.

Andrew Macnab has more than 15 years of strategy consulting experience in the technologies and services supporting the Financial Services (FS) ecosystem. He understands the broad range of solutions available to this ecosystem, from disrupting FinTechs to legacy financial technology providers to tech-enabled service providers.
Serving as a value creation / growth strategy and commercial due diligence adviser to investors – mainly private equity, FS service providers, FinTechs, and other corporates – Andrew Macnab has worked extensively across the U.K. and Europe, with additional experience in the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Andrew Macnab has deep expertise across the FS ecosystem, including verticals such as asset and wealth management, capital markets, payments, banking lending, and insurance. In addition, he works in horizontals such as governance, risk & compliance (GRC), FS data / data management / DaaS, and the broad range of services businesses across FS. He also works with adjacencies such as office of the CFO / treasury management, corporate & fund services, and many others.
Prior to Altman Solon, he worked for Strategy in London, where he led the PwC U.K. FinTech deals team working across the U.K. and Europe. Andrew has a BA in Finance from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a member of the CFA Institute.
