At Altman Solon, Federico collaborates with the firm’s global TMT clients, primarily focusing on wireless business models. On the strategic front, he has been a key contributor to industry transformation initiatives, leading pivotal projects in operators’ strategies such as network sharing agreements and network strategy/cost optimization. Acting as a trusted advisor, Federico has led high-stakes situations, balancing the needs of multiple sophisticated parties, facilitating negotiations, and successful agreements. On the transactional side, Federico has steered large-scale transformative situations, and carve-outs enabling investors, shareholders, and industry players to meet desired outcomes.
Federico earned an M.Sc. in Economics from Bocconi University and further honed his skills in finance and strategy at the Universidad de Belgrano, Buenos Aires. He is trilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and his native Italian.
