New York – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT sectors), has hired advertising and media expert, Daniel Weinbaum, as Director in the New York office.
“We are excited for Daniel to join the firm’s global leadership team,” said Altman Solon Chief Financial Officer Steve Conway. “Daniel’s extensive experience in the media industry, supporting clients across the globe, will bring value and an expert perspective as we strengthen our portfolio of services for media and technology clients.”
Daniel Weinbaum brings over 15 years of management consulting experience in the TMT sectors. He has developed deep expertise in growth, operational, and product strategy development for media clients and is considered a thought leader in advertising, the Direct-to-Consumer revenue model, and the use of data to activate audiences. At Altman Solon, Weinbaum will support media clients and their investors through business model development to monetize and engage audiences across platforms.

Prior to Altman Solon, Weinbaum worked within the media practices at global consultancies and spent several years working at the main development bank for Latin America, focusing on private sector investment in the region. He holds a B.S. from Mary Washington College and a Master’s in Business Administration from George Washington University.
