Hervé Collignon brings more than 25 years of global industry and management consulting experience in Telecommunications, Media, and Technology.
Hervé specializes in organizational transformation and design, operational efficiency, and pre- and post-deal integration support for corporations and investment funds. His work has focused in the information and communication technologies industry along with media and entertainment, encompassing television, radio, press, digital media, content publishing, and sports. He also has extensive experience in strategic value creation through digitization across a variety of sectors, including but not limited to mobility, retail, and industrials.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Hervé led the TMT practice of a premier, global management consulting firm for more than 15 years, covering France, Switzerland, and Belgium, as well as the North and West African markets. He has worked with the management teams of dozens of telecommunications operators, media groups, and technology companies globally through more than 100 client engagements.
Hervé earned his MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs and his MS in Communications Engineering from Institut Polytechnique in Paris. He also completed his post-graduate research in Computer Sciences at Stanford University.
