The foundation of our success
With members of our firm coming from different backgrounds and contributing different skills, we have to work deliberately to build a culture of excellence, respect, and trust, with our values guiding us along the way. At Altman Solon, we have a set of shared values that guide how we interact with each other, our clients and partners, and our communities.

Trusted by clients
Building client trust requires producing consistently outstanding work, delivering on promises, maintaining confidentiality, and acting with transparency. We put the interests of our clients ahead of those of the individual and our firm. We don’t just say what you want to hear; we tell you what is best for your business.
Produce outstanding & innovative advice
Our commitment to practical advice in telecommunications, media, and technology is the reason we are hired by leading global TMT companies. As trusted advisors, we have helped identify, develop, and implement many of the era-defining strategies that have shaped the TMT sectors in the last 20+ years.
Act with integrity
In business and life, we are presented with many paths. At Altman Solon, we will always choose the “high road.” We believe integrity matters in all of our actions – how we treat colleagues, how we serve clients, and how we interact with the wider world. This also means being forthright in our advice to our clients.
Develop people
Attracting great people is not enough. We provide opportunities, resources, and mentoring to help each other reach our full potential. We don’t adhere to a rigid traditional “up or out” career advancement system. Instead, we foster a performance-based culture that helps our colleagues develop skills to become experts in business decision-making. Whether they remain in consulting or explore virtually any opportunity in any sector, Altman Solon alumni are ready to propel and flourish wherever their careers take them.
Treat everyone with respect
We do not discriminate based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or any other status protected by applicable law. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. We also believe that respect goes further, and that we must do more than not discriminate to ensure that colleagues and business associates across all levels and offices feel valued, respected, and included. We believe in working together both on- and off-projects in a respectful and constructive manner and ensuring that everyone feels they have a voice and the support of each other.
Join the Altman Solon team
We are a global strategy consulting firm trusted by leading TMT companies and investors worldwide.
