Michael Henrich

Michael focuses on commercial leadership, growth strategy, and transformation in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors. He offers a rare blend of extensive consulting experience and over a decade of senior operational leadership, enabling him to support clients in navigating complex strategic challenges. His work spans B2C and B2B business models, M&A execution, commercial turnarounds, portfolio innovation, organizational restructuring, equity story development, and value creation programs.
Before re-joining Altman Solon in 2025, he held executive roles at Adamo Telecom Iberia, including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. There, he developed the value creation strategy, led growth initiatives across retail and wholesale, executed multiple M&A transactions, and repositioned and restructured the retail business. Prior to Adamo, Michael was VP Products & Marketing and Director Strategy at Unitymedia (Liberty Global), responsible for commercial performance, digital platforms, brand repositioning, and product innovation.
Michael began his career at Solon Management Consulting (now Altman Solon), advising telecom and media clients across Europe. Michael holds a PhD in B2B Marketing & Sales from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master’s in Business from the University of Mannheim and Bocconi University in Milan.
