Munich: Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted telecoms and technology expert Andreas Sperling to Director in the Munich office.
“Since joining Altman Solon, Andreas has consistently delivered outstanding work for our TMT client base, particularly in Europe and APAC,” said Altman Solon Managing Partner Matthias Hamel. “His understanding of the Telecommunications industry, including the technical aspects of the verticals he covers, make him a strong contributor to our firm and our management committee.”
Andreas Sperling, who joined Altman Solon in 2017, has experience combining strategy engagements and commercial & technical due diligence projects for telecom and tech clients as well as investors across Europe. His client work covers integrated telcos, digital infrastructure across residential and enterprise fiber, towers and mobile networks, and data centers. Some of his recent engagements focused on fixed network strategies, 5G rollout & network optimization, and organizational transformation. He also spent six months working in Altman Solon’s Sydney office.
Andreas Sperling earned a Master of Science in Finance & Information Management from the Technical University of Munich, with a minor in electrical engineering.
