London – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has promoted software and tech-enabled services deal advisor Philip Butler to Director in the London office.

Philip Butler advises Altman Solon’s clients on private equity deal support within vertical and horizontal software spanning education, gaming and media, government and public sector. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience in human capital management (payroll, R&R, workforce management and planning, corporate training and development), global risk management and compliance (H&S and supply chain compliance, certification and adjacent services), and tech-enabled service businesses across a range of sub-sectors. Prior to joining Altman Solon Philip Butler worked in consulting as well as for PE portfolio companies, and U.K. tech SMEs. He completed his Master of Science in Business at London’s Kings College and holds an MBA from London Business School.
