Marcus Englert supports Altman Solon’s development with his broad experience in the media and telecommunications industry. He is is a dedicated expert in digitization strategies for media companies, online video, advertising and ad technologies, TV and TV infrastructure, diversification, innovation, and venture capital. He advises both leading European media companies (TV, print, online) and major infrastructure operators.
In his former position at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Marcus was a member of the board and Chief New Media Officer. He was responsible for many activities including German pay TV, video-on-demand, participation TV, radio, online, and business development. Before that, he was Managing Director of SevenOne Intermedia GmbH and has also held positions at Kirch New Media AG and the Boston Consulting Group. Marcus Englert holds a Doctorate of Physics and an MBA from INSEAD.
