Felix Lepetit joins Altman Solon as a Director in the London office. Felix specializes in organizational transformation and operating model design for corporate clients.

Felix brings twenty years of consulting experience advising clients on transformation, strategy, and M&A. He has gained deep industry knowledge working with senior leadership teams, translating strategic priorities of TMT businesses into operating model and organizational design changes. Prior to joining Altman Solon, Felix worked for fifteen years in the TMT consulting practice of a large, global consulting firm, with a particular focus on media. His experience spans major consumer, news, and B2B content publishers, serving as a strategic advisor on adapting their business and organizational models around the transforming digital landscape.

Felix earned both his Master’s and PhD in Engineering from Oxford University in England.
