LONDON — Altman Solon, the world’s largest strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT), announced today that Sagar Bansal has joined the firm as an Associate Partner in its London office, strengthening its growing FinTech and financial services strategy practice.
Bansal brings more than 12 years of consulting experience advising private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value-creation initiatives across the financial services and FinTech sectors. He has led more than 100 buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence engagements and has worked closely with portfolio companies on post-acquisition value creation and growth acceleration programs.

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Bansal led the FinTech and Financial Services sectors at Stax and held senior roles at EY-Parthenon, OC&C, and KPMG, advising private equity sponsors across the size spectrum on commercial due diligence and strategy engagements.
Bansal holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
