LONDON – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors, announced today that data center and AI infrastructure expert Micah Gertson has been promoted to Partner.
Based in London, Gertson advises private equity, infrastructure, and real estate investors, as well as technology and telecom management teams, on data centers and the broader data center value chain, compute and AI hardware, cloud and GPU-as-a-service/neocloud business models, and the semiconductor value chain.
“Micah’s deep technical background, combined with his experience advising clients across Europe, North America, and select emerging markets, has made him a trusted advisor on some of our most complex data center and AI infrastructure engagements,” said Dan Lerner, Managing Partner at Altman Solon. “His promotion underscores the value he brings to our global clients and our confidence in his ongoing impact.”
“I am honored to become a Partner at Altman Solon,” said Micah Gertson. “As innovation across tech and IT continues to accelerate, I am keen to continue helping leading investors and management teams turn uncertainty into winning investments and actionable business plans."
Prior to joining Altman Solon in 2016, Gertson spent nearly a decade designing high-performance processors at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
