BOSTON – Altman Solon, the largest global strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors, announced today the promotion of seven leadership members globally, including one to Partner and six to Associate Partner.

Uli Schellenbaum, promoted to Partner, is a telecom and digital infrastructure expert who joined the firm in 2016 and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2023. Schellenbaum's work focuses on corporate strategy and transformation for fixed and mobile telecommunications players, as well as data center and cloud companies across Europe, and he leads major client relationships across Germany and Europe. He has extensive experience in growth and go-to-market strategies, network deployments, joint venture setups and carve-outs, as well as organizational transformation. Schellenbaum is based in Altman Solon's Munich office.
Eric Archer, promoted to Associate Partner, joined Altman Solon as a Consultant in 2019 and has since become a leader within the firm's London office. Archer advises private equity investors and technology companies across the deal lifecycle, from commercial due diligence through post-acquisition value creation and growth strategy. His work spans enterprise software, IT services, cybersecurity, gaming, and vertical market software.
Christina Kilgariff, promoted to Associate Partner, joined the firm in 2020 as a Consultant. Kilgariff advises corporate and private equity clients across technology, telecom, and sports media, with a track record spanning software and IT services diligence, data center strategy, and youth sports programming. She has spent several years supporting a leading growth equity firm's technology investment program. Kilgariff is based in Altman Solon's New York office.
Angela Orzell, promoted to Associate Partner, joined the firm in 2019 as a Senior Consultant and has become one of the firm's leading experts in spectrum valuation, wireless towers, and wireless supply-and-demand dynamics, delivering strategic projects across the technology and telecom sectors. Orzell has also worked in the Singapore and London offices and is a driving force in business development and mentorship. Orzell is based in New York.
Pascal Stefan, promoted to Associate Partner, specializes in strategy consulting across technology, media, and sports. Stefan joined the firm in 2018 and has since built deep expertise in software and tech-enabled services, media and digital business models, as well as sports and entertainment, including a stint as a strategy team leader at a European sports media company before returning to Altman Solon in 2023. Stefan is based in Altman Solon's Munich office.
Ambroise Verney, promoted to Associate Partner, joined the Paris office in 2019 as its first Consultant. Verney has built deep expertise in digital infrastructure, including data centers across hyperscale, AI/HPC, and enterprise colocation, as well as B2B and B2C fiber, in France, Belgium, and other European markets. He has a long and unique track record advising telecom operators and technology investors across these markets.
Qi Zhou, promoted to Associate Partner, joined the firm in 2015 as an Analyst in Boston. She relocated to the New York office in 2024. Zhou has advanced through the ranks, building deep expertise in telecom infrastructure, including fiber and small-cell deployments, while also helping grow the firm's technology practice across – in particular on software and managed services.
