He brings more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and global organizations on M&A strategy, value creation, and post-deal integration and transformation.

Bhatia, who sits in Altman Solon’s San Francisco office, has led complex global transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from diligence and operational carve-outs to post-merger integration and transformation. He has advised clients navigating growth, disruption, and digital transformation, with a focus on aligning strategic objectives with scalable operating models and technology-enabled change.
