SAN FRANCISCO Altman Solon, the world’s largest strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors, announced today that Ajay Bhatia has joined the firm as a Partner. He brings more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and global organizations on M&A strategy, value creation, and post-deal integration and transformation.

Rory J. Altman, managing partner at Altman Solon, said, “Ajay is a seasoned executive and consulting leader with a strong track record in M&A and transformation. He will be a significant asset to our Americas team and further strengthens our ability to support clients from diligence through post-merger integration.”

Bhatia, who sits in Altman Solon’s San Francisco office, has led complex global transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from diligence and operational carve-outs to post-merger integration and transformation. He has advised clients navigating growth, disruption, and digital transformation, with a focus on aligning strategic objectives with scalable operating models and technology-enabled change.

“As I join Altman Solon’s leadership team, I look forward to bringing my transaction-to-transformation experience to help clients unlock value across the deal lifecycle,” Bhatia said. “The firm’s exclusive focus on TMT and collaborative culture makes it an ideal environment to co-create bold, strategic solutions with clients.”

Prior to joining Altman Solon, Bhatia held senior leadership roles at EY-Parthenon, PwC, Deloitte, and Oracle.
