Munich: Altman Solon, the world’s largest strategy consulting firm exclusively focused on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, has welcomed back telecom expert Michael Henrich to the firm as an Associate Partner.

Michael Henrich has more than 15 years of experience in the TMT industry, spanning strategy consulting, senior commercial, and strategic roles, as well as M&A execution. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Adamo Telecom Iberia, where he led major growth and transformation initiatives across retail and wholesale, including the company’s sale from EQT to Ardian. Prior to Adamo, he held senior roles at Unitymedia, overseeing commercial performance, digital platforms, and product innovation. He began his career at Solon Management Consulting (now Altman Solon), advising telecom clients across Europe on growth, digitalization, and M&A.

Michael Henrich holds a PhD in B2B Marketing & Sales from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Mannheim and Bocconi University in Milan.
