Singapore: Altman Solon has been named Digital Infrastructure Due Diligence Adviser of the Year at the inaugural TMT M&A Awards APAC 2025. Between February 2024 and January 2025, Altman Solon completed 298 buy-side, sell-side, and financing due diligences worldwide, including numerous in APAC. In addition, the firm has successfully completed hundreds of corporate strategy engagements and supported on 100-day programs, carve-outs and post-merger integrations.
