With 10+ years in the Telecoms and Technology industries and 20+ years of management consulting experience, Guy has developed expertise in structuring, leading, and implementing transformations to help clients realize business strategy.
Guy specializes in leveraging operational capabilities for transformation enablement, including operating model change, new technology adoption, asset-light delivery, cloud services, outsourcing, and offshoring across function-specific and cross-company strategic programs. His systems engineering experience helps clients leverage technology and IT for business strategy realization, both often critical for accelerating transformation. His functional experience across marketing, sales, and customer service brings go-to-market strategy enablement and customer experience (Cx) to his transformation work for clients.
Prior to Altman Solon, Guy was a Partner at EY-Parthenon, a Sector Vice President at CGI Canada, and a Partner at Accenture. Guy started his career in industry roles in the Communications division of ITT Corporation, after systems engineering roles at IBM and EDS Corporation. He earned an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
