Jay is a senior advisor to companies across the TMT industries, helping them achieve industry-leading growth, through M&A, new product launches, pricing strategy, and target operating model change.
He has worked with major global brands across EMEA and North America, from strategy through to execution – shaping value-creation initiatives, securing shareholder approval for investment, and then working side-by-side with management teams to operationalise them.
Prior to joining Altman Solon, Jay began his career helping Private Equity clients appraise TMT investments, before advising global TMT corporates on business planning and growth strategy. He later had senior roles in strategy consulting boutiques, focusing on digital transformation, marketing, cloud & subscription services, pricing and packaging strategy for tech, software, and services clients.
Jay holds a first-class degree in Mathematics from the University College London (UCL).
