Dan Lerner focuses his time on assisting investors into the tech and telecom landscape with with market screening, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and post investment strategy. His work has included the development and implementation of strategies across the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) landscape, including: mobile, incumbent fixed, B2B fiber, FTTH fiber, sub-sea, VAS, unified communications, hosting, data centers, messaging, video streaming, broadcast and mobile towers, as well as the media, broadcasting and technology. Assignments have included business planning, launch, valuation, due diligence and regulatory strategy. In addition to his work in Europe, Dan has been responsible for assignments across Africa.

Before joining Altman Solon, Dan spent five years as a manager in the TMT strategy team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London. He received his Master’s in Politics from Edinburgh University and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.
