Ian Lube advises Altman Solon’s global media, entertainment, and sports clients. He specializes in helping clients and investors create value through M&A, build sustainable growth strategy, enter new markets, improve commercial position, and gain competitive advantage. Ian has been involved in some of the largest and most complex advisory engagements in the global Media market, including a market-making M&A transaction, advising a major U.S. studio on a $30B cross-territory mega-deal.
Prior to this he was a Managing Director at PwC, working across advisory and deals, and at Strategy& (formerly Booz and Co.), leading media, entertainment, and sports initiatives in Europe and the U.S. Ian has also held senior roles at Deloitte and in the industry as Head of Strategy at ITV.
Ian studied General Management at Cambridge Judge Business School and holds a Postgraduate in Business Strategy from Warwick Business School. Ian is an M&AP Charterholder and contributor to the Institute of Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances.
